Passion Flower

I saw some very interesting plants called Passion flowers, a couple weeks ago, and I bought two of them. One grows well with a few buds, but the other has no sign of flowers. Passion flowers are not only beautiful; they produce delicious fruits (passion fruits) as well. Flowers are about 4 inches in width, and so far I had three flowers and they all bloomed for only one day, each. It seems too short for such a beautiful flower, to bloom for only a day. Anyways, I hope I have a chance to see fruits growing in my balcony……

Door Hanger

I don’t remember where I got this lovely freebie.
I stitched this on black aida and made it into a door hanger.

Emblem of Friendship

Blue, 2010

Designed by Louise Henderson of Cherished Stitched from 2006 Christmas Ornaments Issue. I stitched the Emblem of Friendship four times, all in different colours, and I made them into door hangers.
They look pretty. I love them all.

O' Canada

Today, July 1st is Canada Day, the Canadian independence day.
So I stitched something special for the celebration of Canada Day.
Design is from VeeandCo Cross Stitch Designs.
I made it into a pincushion, but it’s a little too big for a pincushion.
It would be perfect for a pinkeep.
I have stitched a couple more Canada designs before.
