Noel 6

updated on Dec 6

I saw a Christmas stocking ornament package, 12-pack, from a dollar store. They are cute, and look nice as a finishing touch. I stitched Noel with a small motif on vinal aida and attached them onto the ornaments. I’m going to pin them on a string to hang on a door or window, or on a frame…..several thoughts in my mind.

Joyeux Noel

There were 8 parts in this Christmas SAL from novelee02 in 2007, and I choose blue and white colour. I love how it turned out. I left it with one of my quilt friends when I went to Korea in 2007, to finish as a wall hanger, but I have not yet received this one back.

This is from Christmas Alphabets freebie. I picked N, O, E, L and made them into a door pull for my home.

Noel 1

Design is from Mary Engelbreit's hardcover book titled "Christmas Ideas". I was thinking of making these into Christmas stockings, but instead I think I want to make these into door hangers someday.

I changed the colours and omitted top part

Noel Wreath

I chose two free patterns of Noel, but stitched on red fabric each word separately, and made a 7th wreath in 2008. I gave this one to my brother’s family as a Christmas gift and they loved it.
